We work with clients to explore contributing factors, develop adaptive coping strategies, and support reductions in depressive symptoms.
Based on your individual treatment needs, we may integrate evidence-informed interventions to help you cope with ongoing occupational and personal stressors, prevent burnout, and promote coping and day-to-day functioning.
Based on your individual treatment needs, we may integrate grief-focused or supportive interventions to help process loss and support emotional functioning, particularly when grief contributes to or exacerbates conditions such as depression or anxiety.
